Accounting & Bookkeeping

Singapore companies must file corporate income tax annually and, if GST-registered, submit Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns quarterly. Additionally, an Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) filing is due within 3 months of the financial year-end. B&H provides full-service bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and tax filing aligned to these statutory deadlines, in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

When must a Singapore company file corporate income tax?

We handle your corporate income tax filing — including Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) due within 3 months of financial year-end, and Form C/C-S due by 30 November annually. We also advise on tax incentives and exemptions available to your company.

GST Registration & Filing

We manage GST registration (mandatory above S$1 million annual turnover), quarterly GST filing, and GST input tax claim optimization for your business operations.

When is a Singapore company required to have an external audit?

B&H's audit team holds professional accreditation from ISCA (Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants) and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK). Our audit partners hold statutory audit signing authority recognised by Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), enabling B&H to conduct both statutory and special-purpose audits for Singapore-incorporated companies.

What is the purpose of an internal audit for Singapore companies?

We implement risk-based internal audit frameworks, conduct risk assessments and testing, and provide recommendations for robust internal control systems.

What types of specialized audits does B&H provide?

We provide Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP), EDB subsidy compliance reviews, sales and turnover audits, legal audits, and merger & acquisition due diligence services.
